Keeping the ball rollin

155lbs = 13lbs down

Fell off for a couple weeks. Actually gained 3 lbs! But finally got back into routine and dropped further.




Enjoying the process. Strength is still up. Some days I get pretty hungry at night.
I’ve begun to eat closer and closer to bedtime, and making that last meal HUGE. It really knocks me out like a light and makes the process effortless.



Week 9 & 10 respectively:150 & 148lbs
